The Teachings of Yoga are Meant to Be Lived 24/7
When I first began to study yoga philosophy I became inspired by the teachings and longed to meet someone who actually lived them. I did many teacher trainings, traveled the world searching for a guru, served four seasons as a karma yogi at a yoga ashram and then finally found my teacher, Sri Dharma Mittra. Dharma is the embodiment of compassion and joy and a true model in how to live the practices of yoga off the mat.
The sanskrit word, abhyasa, means constant practice. With yoga wisdom and constant practice we can learn to live the teachings of yoga off the mat and do our part to bring peace to this planet. In Living Yoga Coaching sessions, we explore yoga practices, philosophy and discussions to help shift perspective and bring healing.
This work can be done in group sessions or privately.
